Content
Utilization of human capital is a determining factor of both economic development and growth. The aim of the course is to analyze the economic and institutional functioning of the labor market and the role of the human factor in the dynamics of economic transformation, enriching the field of economic analysis with the contribution of modern methods of human resource management. In this context, contemporary challenges are presented such as the management of migration flows and methods and policies for skills development, motivation and effective human resource management as well as the role of leadership in the expansion of entrepreneurship.
