Course outline:

The purpose of the course is the theoretical and practical training of students, through case studies and exercises in excel, at most important issues of corporate finance (forecast of financing needs, fund raising, calculation of cost of capital, capital budgeting, leverage analysis). This course not only shows what the financial managers of a company do and why, but also how they should do it in order to increase the value of their firm. Further, this course shows students how they can analyze and evaluate the financial decisions of companies.
